  1. What Is DTIPay?
    It is an online system developed by DTI to facilitate the different online payment methods being used by DTI services.

  2. What payment methods are available on DTIPay?
    As of May 2020, the following are the available payment methods:
    • Credit/ Debit Card - with MasterCard, VISA, JCB
    • Paymaya Wallet

  3. What to do if my payment is successful but application did not change status or payment is not reflected?
    Payment posting from DTIPay to IRegIS may take a few seconds to a few minutes.
    If payment posting take more than 5 mins, copy or take note of the following
    • Application token
    • Payment Details: (Reference No, Payment Date)

  4. What to do if DTIPay displayed a "Payment Failed"?
    A "Payment Failed" message is usually displayed if the card that you are using has an issue.
    You may do the following:
    • Make sure that the card that you are using has a MasterCard, Visa, JCB logo on it.
    • Check with your bank if your card can be used for online payment transactions.
      Some banks require their customers to have the card activated for online payment usage first before it can be used
    • Check your card balance if the amount is deducted.
